The finance shared service centre is looking for a Credit Administration Manager to join us, in a hybrid working environment. Your weeks will be split between the modern office in the centre of Manchester and the comfort of your own home. If you are highly motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail, this vacancy may be for you.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Leading the Credit Risk team to ensure they provide an accurate assessment of financial risk for new and existing clients to our internal customers
- Managing the client data on file to protect its integrity and prevent delays in collection of cash
- Support strategies to improve Client Master data processes and efficiencies
- Controlling the team’s workload and supporting the master data team where required
- Building great, productive relationships across all levels of the business
- Controlling and resolving business escalations to a high standard of customer service
- Administering a team of Credit Administrators, who keep the Credit Management wheels turning, to enable the credit controllers to focus on collections.
- Raising the profile of the Credit Risk policy and Credit Management services
- Supporting the credit and payments senior manager with ongoing credit risk and admin projects

You have experience in Credit Administration Management or another team that handles a high volume of requests from customers such as Administration and Credit Risk
