Your new role
Your new role will be performing complex Credit Control duties. After collecting outstanding debt, you will be tasked with allocating the cash and then making sure the funds go to the correct insurance carrier.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years working in Credit Control, ideally within an insurance firm. The most important trait for this role is your mentality when it comes to your duties. You must be a self-starter, who can stick to task, while being unsupervised. You will be tenacious, investigative and relentless until the task is finished. You will be a strong communicator, able to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
