Job Description
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Run statements and send to customers
• Reminder letters
• Run aged debt reports
• Chase late payments
• Allocate payments
• Credit invoices for goods returned
• Maintain excel sheet
• Processing invoices
• Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices
• Assist in preparation of monthly Purchase Ledger control account
• Other ad hoc duties.
