Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out credit checks on active and prospective clients
- Collecting outstanding payments from customers
- Allocating cash
- Bank reconciliation
- Resolving complex queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Ability to work with Excel
- Attention to deal
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
Job Offer
Salary up to £27,500 per annum + On site parking + Life insurance + pension + employee discounts.
