Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller for a key role within our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent numerical skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations.

Description

• Managing and maintaining client accounts
• Ensuring timely payment of debts
• Processing and reconciliation of invoices
• Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
• Management of sales ledger
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
• Monthly reporting and account reconciliations
• Regularly meeting with and reporting to senior staff members

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• A strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures
• Excellent numerical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software
• The ability to work well within a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
