Part Time Credit Controller/ Finance Assistant

Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Part TimeFinance Assistant/ Credit Controller.

This role will be 20 hours and must be worked over a minimum of 3 working days - the 3 working days are flexible depending on the successful candidate.

Key duties include:

• Maintaining and updating lists of outstanding debts
• Sending out statements
• Ensuring that all payments are made on time and chasing any overdue payments via email or telephone
• Reconciling customers accounts
• Updating the purchase order database
• Matching purchase orders to the correct invoices
• Posting of the purchase invoices
• General administration duties

Key Skills:

• The successful candidate must have experience within credit control
• Working in an accounts office environment
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
