Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Part TimeFinance Assistant/ Credit Controller.
This role will be 20 hours and must be worked over a minimum of 3 working days - the 3 working days are flexible depending on the successful candidate.
Key duties include:
- Maintaining and updating lists of outstanding debts
- Sending out statements
- Ensuring that all payments are made on time and chasing any overdue payments via email or telephone
- Reconciling customers accounts
- Updating the purchase order database
- Matching purchase orders to the correct invoices
- Posting of the purchase invoices
- General administration duties
Key Skills:
- The successful candidate must have experience within credit control
- Working in an accounts office environment
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
