Credit Controller

Excellent Credit Controller Role Available 

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join an expanding business, to manage customer accounts to reduce bad debts and improve cash flow by ensuring that existing customers have settled monthly accounts in a timely manner. 

Location- Wigan 

Structure- Fully Office Based 

Salary- £30,000 p.a 

Key responsibilities

• Attend regular debt meetings with the Group Credit Manager & Credit Control Manager to show ledger position and highlight areas where additional support is required.
• Month End Customer Statement Runs
• Oversee Dunning Procedure on own ledger including making calls to chase overdues accounts on the debtor’s ledger.
• Open new customer accounts
• Hold / Release and Monitor customer orders and credit exposure

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven Credit Control experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work within a result driven environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
