Our client is a major player in their field - Manchester is a key office for Finance related functions for sales and services around the UK.
We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader - able to coach and train whilst dealing with key stakeholders internally and externally.
What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the manager whilst developing and coaching the team
- Instructing the team on activities and feedback on progress
- Working with key and senior contacts internally and externally to resolve issues
- Reconciling problem accounts and query resolution, recommending actions
- Assisting with daily banking
- Implementation of the Credit Control policy
- Working with the division on systems improvements
What you will need to bring
- Experience of/ exposure to working in a Credit Control environment
- Evidence of some supervision and a desire to build on this skills set
- Strong and positive communication skills
- Drive to succeed
