Credit Control

Your new company - This company is an extremely reputable business based in the Manchester area. They are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller due to company growth. This is a hybrid role with great benefits
Your new role - This role is a very varied position. Your main duties will include;

• Managing a ledger
• Chasing outstanding/upcoming payments
• Providing excellent customer service
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Allocating cash
• Chasing via portals, emails and phone calls
• Resolving queries
• Managing the start to end Credit Control process

What you'll need to succeed - If this role seems of interest the below experience would be needed;

• Credit control experience
• Great Customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong excel skills (V-look ups & pivot tables)
• Knowledge of SAP (no essential)
• Organisation skills
• Attention to detail
