Credit Control Role
Bedford
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Daily allocation of receipts
* Chasing of all outstanding invoices & finance documents (aged debt)
* Dealing with client queries (invoice discrepancies, change of payment method, policies no longer required etc.)
* Liaising with finance providers (dealing with clients in arrears, wanting to pay off the loan early, adding invoices to their existing loan, applying Return Premiums to the existing loan, etc.)
* Cancellations
Knowledge & experience with outlook, excel & other Microsoft applications
* Experience in credit control is ideal but not essential
