Description
- Reviewing and assessing new credit applications.
- Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity.
- Conducting regular customer account reconciliations.
- Negotiating repayment plans when necessary.
- Escalating debt issues to management when required.
- Reporting on collection activities and amounts receivable.
- Managing relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely payments.
- Participating in team meetings and training programs.

A successful Credit Controller should have:
