Credit Controller / Administrator - Norwich

Established manufacturing business based in Norwich are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller / Administrator to join a busy Finance team, and report directly to Finance Manager.
An integral part of the finance team, you need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure and possess excellent customer service.
Key duties will include:
- Liaising with customers to ensure the timely settlement of invoices
- Administration of ledgers, including the raising of manual invoices and credit notes.
- Ensuring all electronic invoices are processed correctly
- Setting up new accounts, and carrying out credit checks to agree on payment terms.
- Month End Reconciliation and AR Close
- Manage export of manufactured goods and paperwork
- Raising invoices and ensuring the account is set up correctly
- Sending the relevant documents to the customer and dealing with any queries
Ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and be a confident user of Excel and to learn new systems.
