Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing sales ledger accounts, reporting and escalating potential problem debtors to management while maintaining effective customer relationships. You'll proactively manage collections in line with customer payment terms and forecasts. Using various reporting tools, you'll provide relevant and up-to-date commentary on outstanding debtors. You'll also demonstrate a prompt and proactive response to customer queries and debit notes, ensuring they are addressed and resolved efficiently. Your goal will be to achieve a 98% or higher accuracy in collecting debtor payments for the forecasted period.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent

Credit Controller Requirements:

• Excellent administrative and negotiation skills
• Ability to present and communicate information effectively
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Visual 2000 accounting system is a plus
