Credit Controller

Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a passion for finance and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Credit Controller to join our client in Leeds. This role is initially offered on a contract to cover maternity leave.
Duties will include:
Managing your own ledger of clients, ensuring prompt payment and adherence to company credit policies.
Conduct credit checks on customers and update ledgers.
Collaborate with sales team to resolve payment issues.
Requirements:
Ideally previous experience in credit control.
Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Passion for maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing bad debt.
