Location: West End

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are proud to partner with one of the UK's leading managing agents, currently seeking a Lettings Credit Controller to join their esteemed team in the vibrant West End.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of outstanding rent and commission invoices in accordance with Credit Control Procedures.

• Coordinate with property managers to facilitate chasing communications for fully managed lets.

• Document all inquiries and actions meticulously in Qube.

• Participate in regular review meetings with the Accounts Manager and Residential Lettings Accounts Head.

• Provide guidance on legal actions to negotiators, managers, and landlords, and initiate legal proceedings and court attendance as necessary for landlord bad debt.

• Monitor KPIs and generate reports on landlord bad debt.

• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and implement payment plans.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of credit control experience.

• Experience in residential lettings is essential.

• Proficiency in relevant software/tools preferred.

• Professional telephone manner and excellent written English skills are required.
