Junior Credit Controller

Junior Credit Controller - East London - £26500 plus bonus - Excellent Progression - Training Provided

My client is a well established, global property company with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for a Junior Credit Controller to join their team in Canary Wharf. They offer excellent progression as well as training.

Key Responsibilities for the Credit Controller include:

Chase and manage rental arrears and fee debt

Assist landlords throughout the eviction and legal recovery process

Generate reports on aged debt Perform month-end routines and reconciliations

Conduct monthly meetings with Property Managers and Branch staff

Respond to queries via phone and email

Collaborate with other teams and build strong client relationships

Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Meet agreed KPIs

Requirements:

Good level of education completed

Experience within an accounts role

Strong communication and written skills

Excellent telephone manner

Team player with the ability to also work independently

Resilient and able to work under pressure to achieve targets

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary: £26500 plus £2500 bonus
