Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for three Credit Controllers to join our team as soon as possible.
This role which is within our corporate credit control team, will see the successful applicant manage their own portfolio of large industrial/commercial or public sector customers. By managing the full credit control process post billing, you will need to manage your customers effectively, working with your colleagues across the business to resolve any queries as required.
The successful applicant:
We are looking for an individual who already has previous credit control experience (at least one year), although this does not need to be in the utilities industry. Applications from those individuals who have experience in the B2B space or with the public sector are particularly welcome.
You will also need to be:
- A strong written and oral communicator, who can effectively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised and experienced in managing your own workload, reporting progress as required.
- Already experienced with using Microsoft Excel, and have a good familiarity with general IT applications (specific training will be provided for our systems).

This role will work on a hybrid pattern, working from our Croxley Park offices Tuesday-Thursday and working from home on a Monday and Friday. Our work pattern is from Monday to Friday 0830-1700, with an hour for lunch.
