Credit Controller

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a Leighton Buzzard based company. Please note, this position is FULLY office based, with NO remote working.

Working Hours:

• 08.30am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Location:

• Leighton Buzzard.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• To assist Credit Control Manager with daily tasks.
• Contacting debtors via telephone and email.
• Sales and purchase ledger update and maintenance.
• Resolving invoice queries.
• Processing customer payments.
• Mailing and emailing of monthly customer statements.
• Processing and despatching orders.
• General admin tasks.
• Any other tasks which the company feels necessary to facilitate customer satisfaction, and within your capability.

Skills required:

• Previous credit control experience.
• Xero accounting knowledge.
• A full understanding and experience of Xero accounting software and how to use it.
• Knowledge of Sage.
• Excel knowledge to the highest level such as data analyst, pivot tables, formatting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail - highest level.
