Form of workSF Recruitment are currently seeking an Credit Controller to join a well established and growing business based in Newark on a Full Time Permanent basis. You will join a small, supportive and interactive team reporting to the Finance Manager.
The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers' credit rankings
- Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Following up payments as needed
- Responding to relevant customer enquiries
- Checking and posting of receipts to our system
The ideal candidate will :
- Strong Credit Control experience
- Experience working in a stand alone role
- Strong Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to both Finance and Non Finance Parties
