Credit Controller

Credit Controller - 7 months FTC - £28.000 - £30.000 per annum - 4 days from home - West Drayton

I am currently recruiting for a leading business based in West Drayton who require a Credit Controller on an interim basis. This is a brilliant role working in a friendly team.

Key duties:

• Supporting the Team Manager in all areas of Credit control
• Working as part of a team to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the Membership database
• Assist with the creation of processes and process documentation as part of the implementation of the new system (POD)
• The ability to work as part of a team across several projects at any one time, while completing tasks on your own and covering other team members during illness and holidays Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering the Membership Team phoneline
• Maintaining the Membership Team, Notice and Direct Debit mailbox
• Maintain the company's student credit control database
• Deal with client & Principal membership queries
• Manage the cancelled & bounced direct debits
• Investigate refund requests and process refunds if required
• Process credit card payments and reconcile daily
• Raise manual invoices

What you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Available at short notice
