We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for chasing payments and converting Direct Debits to a new system, which involves direct communication with consumers. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Contacting customers to chase overdue payments and update payment details.
- Assisting in the transition of Direct Debits to a new payment system.
- Communicating effectively with consumers to explain the conversion process and resolve any queries.
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and payment agreements.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of the payment system.
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed.
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience in finance or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role involving direct consumer interaction.
