Credit Controller

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a SaaS business based in Uxbridge and who are urgently looking for a Credit Controller to join the team.

Duties:

• Retrieve high volumes of cancelled direct debits
• Reduce outstanding debts through excellent communication
• Ensure all live accounts are up-to-date
• Responsible for customers payments/liaise with external debt agency if necessary
• Ensure credit control KPIs are met

Desirable:

• Experience with Sage
• Solid Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs)
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary and other information:

• £28,000 - £32,000
• Christmas closure
• 9:00am - 5:00am
• Hybrid
