People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a CRM, Email & Automation Manager.
This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.
Main Purpose:
As CRM, Email and Automation Manager, you will be responsible for developing our capabilities to enable cross-channel touch points aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value, engagement and loyalty.
Leading a small team, you will utilise data and technology to deliver tailored communications that drive commercial value and a seamless customer experience.
As the primary CRM contact within the commercial directorate, you will work closely with the product owner and developers to enhance our capabilities and deliver more personalised, automated, and targeted communications.
You will oversee all aspect of email communications, including strategy, execution and analysis with a focus on optimising performance to deliver commercial value.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
• Strong background in CRM, demonstrating clear examples of utilising data to drive commercial growth
• Proven experience in CRM, email and automation with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation
• Experience with implementation of a marketing cloud, similar solution, and championing growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Passionate about delivering an optimum customer experience through multi-channel
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs. Data-driven with a strong ability to analyse, interpret and act on insights
• Experience leading a team of email and automation executives, creating a positive and collaborative culture
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively with all stakeholders, particularly marketing, distribution and CRM development teams.
• Proficiency with digital tools, ideally Microsoft Dynamics and leading email and automation platforms
• Familiar with agile working, being able to demonstrate previous experience delivering at pace and prioritising effectively.
Desirable
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment where multi- tasking, thoroughness and prioritisation is essential
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively engaging with all levels of the organisation
• Experience of regulatory and brand compliance for design and copy
• Experience of working in a matrixed project environment
• Experience of UK pensions market.
