Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives and alignment with overarching business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights, continuously refining strategies to drive long-term loyalty and retention.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the direct-to-consumer or e-commerce space.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, adept at interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences.
