The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile App CRO Consultant to be responsible for working with our multidisciplinary teams to identify and own test plans that integrate into the wider product strategy for our clients.
This role presents the unique opportunity to help clients meet their business objectives through fast, continuous improvement
A successful candidate will need experience in enhancing mobile platforms for optimal performance and able to demonstrate adept stakeholder management.
We’re looking for someone who can push the boundaries, deliver breakthrough change and be an ambassador for Apadmi. You will be joining a growing team, and company where no two days will be the same!
What a typical week might look like
You will deliver a consistent framework to scope out A/B tests, document requirements, hypotheses, variations to test the problem statements to be solved
Conducting detailed analysis of App usage data, user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement
Proactively monitoring our products to identify customer behaviour changes and actively share insights with the wider business to facilitate change
Working closely with the Product & Product Marketing teams to align test strategies with the product strategy whilst considering the feedback of the end user
Utilising analytics tools (GA, Firebase)
Supporting new business opportunities
What we’re looking for
Strong analytical skills and can interpret mobile data to identify actionable insights
Proficient in GA, Firebase and VWO
Experience in working across a broad range of sectors and industries
Experience working with Mobile and Apps
Experience in being part of the new business process
Examples of stakeholder management, and communicating changing priorities
Experience working in an agile environment, ideally SCRUM
Good Communication and presentation skills
Able to facilitate workshops and meetings
Proactive, flexible and adaptable
A drive to deliver quality but the best for the user and business
Predominantly office based
