The main purpose of the role is to plan and organise engineers’ jobs in line with internal and external customer needs, service excellence, agreed SLAs and support the management with pro-active approach to increase utilisation within your designated areas. You’ll have a sound working knowledge of MS Office and administration experience. You’ll use these skills to deal with a varied workload, consistently working to timeframes, so being highly organised with a keen eye for detail is essential. This role involves lots of teamwork, so good interpersonal skills are key. At times, you'll work unsupervised, so you’ll need the initiative to tackle problems and make decisions.
