Cto (Chief Technology Officer)

SAPI specializes in funding and overseeing personalized financing products. We provide an extensive API for all types of business credit products, aiming to support the growth of small businesses. As we continue to develop and innovate, we are looking for a strategic and business-minded Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our exceptional team.

About the Role

As the CTO at SAPI, you will be responsible for leading our tech strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions. You will provide technical leadership, manage a team of talented engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and impact.

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with our business objectives.
• Lead the development and delivery of innovative software products and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to a team of engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve our business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices.
• Ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Effectively manage technology budgets and resources.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a CTO or similar senior technical leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of software development principles and best practices
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology strategy with business goals
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical and architectural decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• A passion for innovation and continuous learning
