Job description
Customer Account Coordinator required to work for an expanding department dealing with customers based in the UK and Europe.
If you have a 'Can do' attitude, a passion for delivering excellent customer service we want to hear from you. If you can speak a european language this is a distinctive advantage.
Based in Wolverhampton, in modern offices, and an early finish on a Friday.
You will be required to manage the departments inbox
Answer customer queries regarding planned orders
Give information on lead times, estimated delivery dates and changes to orders
Build relationships with customers and maximise on orders placed.
Experience:
Able to use Word, Excel, Outlook
Have worked in a similar role
Have experience of dealing with customers in a business setting
Being able to speak French, Italian, Polish, German or any other European language would be a huge advantage.
