Due to growth, they are seeking a Customer Account Manager to take responsibility for the day to day management of valued clients.
Customer Account Manager - The Role:
- To answer queries from customers and ensure they are resolved inline with service level agreements.
- Focus on customer retention by building strong customer relationships at both site and head office level.
- Work alongside Account Directors offering consultation to existing customers.
- Highlighting customer concerns and recognising risks in the business to create resolution.
- Attending and supporting Account Directors with client meetings.
- Building strong relationships with Supply Partners to deliver client SLA commitments.
- Updating the internal system database and using the data effectively to deliver the service expectations of the clients.
- Utilise collated data to improve service levels and develop management reporting systems.
- The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable record in Account Management and Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements.
- Articulate communicator with developed negotiation skills and an ability to handle customer concerns/addressing indifference.
- Team player and able to motivate others.
- Ability to prioritise and produce accurate work whilst meeting deadlines under pressure.
- You should be IT literate with strong Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- As part of a small office-based team you will need to be a flexible team player, covering other duties as required.
