Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Location: London - Field Based
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, managing their contracts and accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, collaborating with teams to develop solutions
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer expectations
- Effectively communicate product updates, service enhancements, and industry insights to clients, fostering a consultative and trusted advisor relationship
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, working closely with internal teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions
- Be the key contact for any invoice related queries
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
- Provide regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
Requirements of the Customer Account Manager:
- Proven experience as a Customer Account Manager or similar role in a B2B environment preferably into Depots or similar environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and draw insights
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Technical knowledge of vehicles advantageous
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and working practices
