Job description - Customer Account Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer success.
Key responsibilities - Customer Account Manager
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Customer Accounts.
* Attending events, either hosted or industry events, presenting and speaking about the company within the industry.
* Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
* Understand customer needs and objectives to effectively address their requirements.
* Responsible for follow up communications with customers and maintaining active engagement.
* Responsible for leveraging a variety of tools to develop interactions with clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
* Identify and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Monitor Customer Accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
* Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Job requirements - Customer Account Manager
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
* University degree qualifications.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
