Key Customer Account Manager

ACR Recruitment Ltd are looking for an experienced Key Customer Account Manager with experience of working in Engineering precision manufacturing environments, to help both with the commercial and production areas of our Leading precision Engineering client based in Coventry specialising in a range of manufacturing industries.

Job role

• Manage all customer quotes orders and production activities
• Ensure all company targets are met and quality procedures are to customers specifications and satisfaction for Key Customer Accounts.
• Working closely with Purchasing manager to ensure accurate material and process costs.
• Ensuring all submission dates are met in time. 
• Ensuring that quotations targets are met, correct lead times and production times are adhered to. 
• Ensure correct allocation of budget to correct department.
• Working with quality manager to resolve any quality issues and that any issues are communicated to customer.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
• You actively work with other members of the management team to create and deliver a business plan with agreed targets and objectives.
• KPI’S are managed correctly.

Hours

Standard 40 hrs per weekdays 

Salary

£50k-60k per annum
