The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading, well-established company, and to lead and manage the sales function. The Senior Sales Manager will be tasked with implementing and managing KPIs to improve overall sales performance, supporting senior leadership in regard to company strategy, developing key accounts, and the implementation of a new CRM system.
The Candidate
An experienced Sales Manager with a track record of improving sales functions. You will possess a strong understanding of consumer products sales, and have experience creating and implementing sales plans and KPIs. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will also have experience of leading and developing sales teams.
