Senior Sales Manager, HealthTech
Location: Field based with 1 to 2 days in the Birmingham office
Salary: To £60k + Commission

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious individual who will play a crucial role in introducing and selling an innovative digital service in this space. This is an individual contributor role. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, understanding the specific needs of medical practices, and demonstrating how the platform can streamline their procurement processes, while maximising cost savings. Your role will contribute to shaping the future of elective surgery access, emphasising efficiency, expediency, and specialised expertise.

This company is launching a new and exciting platform to complement their existing offering, which will go live in 2024. Its a consumer- facing brand that signifies commitment to immediate, understandable, and relatable healthcare, breaking free from the delays of the NHS elective surgery.
The new platform will leverage technology, digital marketing, and human interaction, to swiftly connect uninsured private patients with skilled surgeons and physicians.
This is a software platform used by some of the top private medical companies in the country.
Day to day responsibilities:
• Identify decision makers within private practices, sell them the benefits of being visible on this new platform.
• Schedule face to face meetings where you will consultatively negotiate.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to the unique requirements of each private practice
• Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, working towards mutually beneficial deals for both the company and the private practices
About you:
• Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of hitting and achieving sales targets.
• A background within SaaS/Software of HealthTech is preferable.
• Ideally you have experience of selling to GP’s, private medical practices.
• Prior experience of dealing with academic professionals, showcasing your ability to navigate complex environments through f2f negotiations
• Strong networking abilities, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within private healthcare practices in person
• Must be presentable and consultative as well as being resilient.
