Your new role
As the Commercial /Business Development Manager, it will be your responsibility to strategise,identify and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Developingbusiness and growing sales, you will contribute to the overall performance andprofitability.
This position is ahybrid position and will be based in the West Midlands area, you will be fieldbased travelling to meet with new clients to discuss commercial opportunities.
What you need tosucceed
- Previous experience working B2B within the Steel industry selling a vast range of products
- The ability to sell and actively listen to customer needs
- Delivering initiative approach to new business
- Presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and process-driven individual
- Stock management
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships
