As a Key Account Executive, you will be joining a modern and dynamic team whose goal is to deliver a world-class service to all customers and, in turn, create a world-class team of individuals who are rewarded for their contribution to the company's success. You will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers who have registered with, answering questions about products and services, and ensuring that the database is updated accordingly to maintain customer information. You will also be working collaboratively with the team responsible for the firm's database-generated leads to ensure consistency and identify cross-team opportunities.
