Our busy and growing client based in High Wycombe is looking to recruit a new Customer Service Advisor to provide specialist customer support.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with lots of progression opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Speaking to customers, dealing with inbound/outbound calls answering queries etc.
* General administration duties.
* Navigating the system, and data entry tasks onto the system.
The Ideal candidate:
* Has experience within customer service role.
* Great communication skills
* Proactive and ability to manage a high workload.
* Is keen to join a growing business with progression.
