We have exciting opportunities for an organised and proactive Customer Booking Coordinator in Bristol to join our growing business to provide customer focused solutions to align the learner’s needs with the availability of the operational workforce to deliver a high-quality timely apprenticeship assessments.
About the role
You will be:
- Be the named contact for clients, supporting and maintaining excellent customer service
- Completion of planning meetings and guiding apprentices through their end point assessment (EPA) journey
- Handle all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively, taking ownership to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Supporting the re booking of assessments and planning meetings
- Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service within the scope and boundaries of Company processes and procedures.
- Ensuring personal and functional KPI’s are met
- Management of Central Booking Team inbox
- Record and maintain accurate information on key business systems
About you
We are looking for:
- Previous experience of working in an contact centre environment.
- Excellent customer service experience and/or skills
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience of working to specific timescales and deadlines
- Excellent IT including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
