We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be articulate and experienced in sales, with a focus on enhancing the customer journey. This role involves reaching out to warm leads, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a seamless experience by adding notes to their system.
Day to day of the role:- Contacting warm leads to inquire about their needs and preferences.
- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and guiding them through their journey.
- Improving the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service.
- Recording all interactions and customer information accurately in the system.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement improvements in the service process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a sales or Customer Service role.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and customer management.
- Organised and able to manage time effectively.
- A background in container, logistics, or transport is advantageous but not essential
