Job Description
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Single point of contact for customers across the UK and Ireland
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Care Representative should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with multiple consumers.
- Proven experience of a similar role within customer support.
- Organised and able to prioritise work load.
- Customer orientated
- Able to work as part of a team.
