Customer Due Diligence Officer role NOW LIVE! We’re looking to bring on a new CDD Officer to our Leeds based team. The role is focused on data associated to customers, reviews, checks and reporting. As a CDD Officer, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers safe and acting as the 1st line of defence. You will need a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
What you will be doing –
- Reviewing transactional data relating to customer spend, either in a Licensed Betting Office or via their online account.
- Drafting Customer Due Diligence profiles offering advice
- Reviewing reports for the business with regards to AML and CDD
- Review SOW/SOF documents provided by customers and recommend next steps
- Responding to stakeholders around CDD requirements and next steps
- Preparing information for Steering (Customer review meetings)
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports for key stakeholders around customer activity
- Deputizing for Senior CDD Officer
