Customer Engagement Officer
Location: Dartford - Near Place Park
Rate: Hourly - £14.50 (Weekly Pay)
Working hours: 08 00 OR 09 00
Contract: Temp to Permanent - Perm roles for motivated staff
Office based - Potentially some WFH after probation
Spencer Clarke Group is working with a renowned registered charity to help build a new team of Customer Engagement Officers. Dedicated to creating sustainable communities across the country, you will be helping to deliver a high impact project targeting the efficent use of water across London.
What will the role entail:
- Supporting a water efficiency program by contacting potential customers of all ages and backgrounds to inform them about the project and how you can help them save water
- Making high volume calls to potential customers and creating bookings for our engineers to conduct home visits
- Offering advice on current water waste to businesses and residents across London and the options available to customers to reduce this
- Liaising with staff to coordinate visits and ensure all bookings are followed up on with next steps as part of your outreach process
- Using your excellent communication and organisation skills to ensure all customers have the best experience possible
What we are looking for:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be contacting a large number of customers daily
- Basic computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook
- Experience working towards targets is desirable as these will be key to tracking your performance and potential to become a permanent member of staff
