The purpose of your role is:Managing our Customer Experience journey, including customer complaints and resolutionsBooking customers in and arranging their vehicle collections and returnsLiaising with our drivers and managing the transport diaryAnswering and making phone callsUpdating insurance companiesUpdating computer systems/portalsEnsuring daily KPI targets are achievedMoving vehicles on the forecourtCreating job packs and associated adminSupporting other sites in the region when required. About YouYou will have previous experience working in a customer service focused role, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.You will also have administration skills, with experience in MS Office, and be a quick learner on computer systems.You will be able to work well in a team as well as autonomously, be self motivated, and have a good understanding of the local area for transport logistics.About Us Steer Automotive Group is an award-winning company with over 30 years of knowledge and expertise within the vehicle body repair sector.
