WINNER are currently recruiting for EXPERIENCED Call Centre Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Birmingham City Centre.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and offers excellent Customer Serviceon a Full Time basis.
The duties of the Call Centre Customer Service Advisor are:
- Taking bookings over the phone
- Making outbound calls
- Troubleshooting.
- Dealing with issues and queries.
- Dealing with payments that have not gone through.
- Updating in-house system.
- General administration duties.
- 60-100 calls per day.
- High Volume emails.
The ideal Call Centre Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Experience within a similar role is required.
- Excellent, clear, precise communication is required for this role.
- Good attention to detail.
- Switched on and empathetic.
- Able to stay calm under pressure.
- Administration experience preferred.
Training will be given on the in-house systems, call centre/Customer Service experience is required for this role - please do not apply for this role if you do not have experience as you will not be considered.
The Full Time hours are as follows:
HOURS: 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm. You must be able to cover all 3 shifts on the Full Time rota.
DAYS: Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm (working 5 out of 7 days).
The pay rate for the role is £10.42 per hour.
