Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Wolverhampton
Recardo Group are currently representing a market leading global organisation in the hire of a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be working at Head Office as part of the client care team resolving complex customer queires.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handle customer issues, queries and orders on a daily a basis.
- Manage large volumes of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner and in line with business SLAs.
- Liaise with the Operational Teams to ensure a proactive service is delivered
- Provide first point customer resolution.
- Identify and understand customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build relationships by providing outstanding Customer Service and improving the customer journey.
- Ensure that all calls and emails are handled professionally, accurately and in an efficient manner.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess experience working as a Customer Service Advisor ideally in an office environment
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Be able to use their initiative to resolve complex queries
