Form of workOur valued client, based in Birmingham, are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their team. This is an ongoing TEMP TO PERM role, working 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 8am – 7pm, Monday – Sunday.
£11.94 per hour.
Customer Services Advisor Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls
- Helping customers with orders over the phone
- Handle customer complaints
- Monitoring Customer Services inbox, answering emails and resolving queries
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Communicate company policies, changes, and updates to customers.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication with customers across all channels.
Customer Services Advisor Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar Customer facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident and able to work under pressure
- Able to multitask
