Job Description

  • Managing a high number of inbound calls
  • Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service
  • Organise confirmations for medical appointments
  • Process payments
  • Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
  • Shift patterns will be 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 09:30am to 5:30pm

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with the ability to multi task
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
