What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- You need to have at least 3 years experience working for a B2C business, ideally FMCG or Retail.
- Proven team/people management experience is critical (this role involves managing a team of 5 direct reports)
- Candidates need to have Customer Experience/Customer Service experience.
- Strong Insights & Data Analysis experience is crucial for this role.
- Proven Retention & Loyalty experience would be beneficial.
- Experience using Customer Experience platforms such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
- A passion for Food and Health & Wellness would be an added bonus.
