We are looking for a Head of Customer Experience and Operations to join our client's team in Leamington Spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Experience and operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
This is a full time role, working 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Customer Experience strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead the operations team to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and develop the Customer Experience and operations team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
Ideally you will have/be:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Customer Experience strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team
In return you will receive:
- Salary of £38K-£42K (Negotiable and dependant on experience)
- 30 days holiday + Bank holidays
