We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage the holiday boat lettings department within a large busy Marina and Waterside complex set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Our client is a diverse nationwide leisure business growing fast through acquisitions and redevelopments, so it is an exciting time to be joining them.

The role:
- Meet and greet guests, facilitating the beginning and end of their boat holiday.
- Recruit, coach and organise the housekeeping and cleaning teams, liaising with the onsite engineer teams.
- Organise the schedule of arrivals and departures, ensuring the boats are cleaned and seaworthy for each guest party.
- Strive to deliver a fantastic Customer Experience to your guests at every available opportunity.
- Support the marina manager with overall running the marina and waterside during busy periods.
- Typically working 9-5 with the expectation of working three in four Saturdays.
The person:
- Genuine, warm personality with a flair for great customer service and hospitality.
- Hands-on approach to leadership and ownership mentality.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills gained from working within in a busy leisure, travel/holiday, hotel, serviced property, hospitality, or rental business.
- Team leadership experience possibly as an Accommodation Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Guest Service Manager, Hotel Deputy Manager, Operations Manager, Reception Manager, Senior Duty Manager, Lettings Manager or Community Manager.
- Have your own transport living within easy reach of Southam.
- Have a passion for great customer service.
- An interest in boats, the waterside or outdoor activities/living would be highly desirable.
